D'Heritage Aviation makes pilot shirts and aviation workwear for airlines, flight schools, charter and handling operators, and aviation associations. We supply from catalogue, and we develop bespoke garments with the client.
Pilot shirts in three constructions
Every shirt is offered in men's and women's cuts, with epaulette loops, a pen pocket and a construction chosen for long days in the flight deck.
- Classic Line. 55% cotton, 45% polyester, 115 gsm. The lightest of the three cloths. The everyday shirt, for schools and operators who need durability above all.
- Micro Line. 97% cotton, 3% elastane, 120 gsm. Mobility without losing structure, for crew who move in confined space.
- Essential Line. 58% organic cotton, 39% recycled polyester, 3% elastane, 128 gsm. The densest of the three cloths, and the least given to showing through.
Bespoke uniform development
We do not only sell what is in the catalogue. We can develop any uniform garment with you: shirt, polo, waistcoat, jacket, cap, accessory.
You choose the fabric, the construction, the cut and the marking. We handle development, sampling and production, including embroidery, woven labels and epaulette specification.
Leather travel goods
Cabin trolleys, trolley business bags and wash bags in vegetable-tanned leather, made to order. Suitable for crew allowances and for corporate gifting.
