Some items may be made to measure or personalised upon request, including custom fit, long sleeves, initials or monograms.

As these items are made according to the customer's individual specifications, they are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal and are not eligible for exchange.

This exclusion does not affect your rights in the event of a defect or lack of conformity, which remain fully protected under the 3-year legal guarantee.

Before completing the purchase of a personalised item, you will be shown a notice confirming this condition. By completing the order, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
