All items are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Portuguese law, applicable to new movable goods.

How It Works

• During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
• During the third year, the consumer is responsible for demonstrating that the lack of conformity existed prior to delivery.
• In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract, in accordance with the law.
• During the first 30 days after delivery, you may immediately choose either replacement or termination of the contract.

How to Make a Claim

Please contact us at geral@dheritage.pt, providing your order number, a description of the issue and, whenever possible, photographs. We assess each case individually and will advise you on the next steps.

A Note on Natural Fibres

The slight irregularities found in linen, known as slubs, are an inherent characteristic of the natural fibre and do not constitute a defect. Likewise, the patina that vegetable-tanned leather develops with use is part of the material's natural ageing process.
